Computer Science for Social Innovation

Computer Science for Social Innovation The Computer Science for Social Innovation (CS4SI) project is part of the Google’s Computer Science for High Schools (CS4HS) Program for 2016.

The mission of CS4SI is to promote the interest of young people in computer science and computer science education in high schools

The project will focus on training 16 University students volunteers and 32 Computer science high school teachers in programming using Scratch (https://scratch.mit.edu/). The ‘Hour of code’ concept will be used in setting up Computer Science Code Clubs in the 16 schools.
