One of my early commercial video projects for a client.
This project involved full video creation — from concept to visuals, sound, and 3D logo animation — with one goal in mind: clear communication for the business.
This approach has shaped how I handle commercial projects today:
clarity first, message first, visuals in service of purpose.
I’m currently open to new commercial video projects for businesses and brands that want their message communicated properly.

Many businesses think they need “a video”, but what they really need is clarity.
Most businesses don’t actually need “a video”.
They need clarity.
Over time, I’ve realised that commercial videos fail for 3 main reasons:
1️⃣ The business is not clear about what it wants the video to achieve
2️⃣ The video looks good but doesn’t communicate value
3️⃣ The creator focuses on effects instead of message
When I create commercial videos, my first job is not the camera — it’s understanding the business, the audience, and the outcome.
That’s the difference between content and communication.
In my next post, I’ll break down one real project and explain the thinking behind the choices made.

his video is a metaphor.
Many ideas, talents, and visions stay hidden — not because they lack value, but because they haven’t been presented well.
I work with sound, voice, and AI-generated visuals to help stories come alive and reach the people they’re meant for.
If you’re building a brand, a ministry, or a message and you feel it deserves better expression, feel free to reach out.

Waiting for recognition is not a career strategy, it's a gamble.

If you want a raise, a promotion, or a better opportunity, you have to ask for it.

If you want more resources, ask for them.

If you want more opportunities, ask for them.

Closed mouths don't get fed.

You don’t have to know every single thing before you apply for a role.

You don’t have to do years of service before asking for a pay rise.

If you want it, go for it.

It’s not always easy, but staying silent won’t get you closer to your goals.

Speak up, share your wins, and let people know what you bring to the table.

The worst they can say is no, but the best? It could change your entire career.

Every time I scroll through my LinkedIn, I notice many young professionals proudly label themselves as "CEO," "Business Manager," "Digital Expert," or "Business Consultant" after completing a short learning program, a handful of YouTube courses, or earning some certificates from Coursera.

Then I engage them, and it’s clear: they are not quite who they describe themselves to be. There's no real substance. No depth. No real understanding. Just vibes and fancy titles.

Expertise is not about what you call yourself. It’s about what you can actually do. Can you commit to the challenging, sometimes tedious, and often demanding tasks that a role requires? Can you sit down and do the deep, boring, backbreaking work that the role your claim demands? Can you put in the hours, day-in-day-out, until the work turns into something familiar and second nature?

Real expertise is in your performance.

It's not in the talking.
It's not in the thinking.
It's not in the wishing.
It's not in the planning.

It's in the doing!

Beyond that, to nail your expertise, you have to do it over and over and over and over again.

You will get to see all the loopholes, mistakes, nuances and perspectives such that there’s nothing new anymore.

That's true expertise borne out of undeniable working experience.

A lot of people like to talk more than they actually do. That’s why they sometimes feel like they are not nailing their niche.

They talk too much and there's really no factual results from talking instead of doing the thing.

Success from your expertise isn’t built on hype. It’s built on consistency, discipline, and proof of work.

This morning, I'd like to share something I told the students of Kumasi Technical University on my visit during their Chancellor’s Public Lecture and History Book Launch.

Every successful entrepreneur has experienced failure. Mention a name, and I will tell you about some of their biggest failures. But like them, I have always been a man who learns from my mistakes. People have encouraged me most of the time to push myself out of my comfort zone, which has led to the emergence of new initiatives, businesses and ideas. I have failed in some of those endeavours, which is okay with me. However, that hasn't stopped me. I would never be where I am today if I let any of those failures stop me or get in the way of my goals. Instead, I embraced them and used them as a learning experience as well as motivation.

And I wish to pass on the spirit of never giving up on you.

Will I fail again in the future? Probably. Will I let that stop me? Absolutely not. That spirit of moving forward amidst all the hardships is what we all need to instil in our lives.

To be honest, we have all been afraid of failure at some point in our lives and careers. But the fact is, every failure is a stepping stone to learning and growth. Therefore, I'm encouraging you to embrace your failures. It's better to try and fail than never have tried at all. To fail means you had the courage -- the courage to take risks, the courage to try new things and the courage to try to build a better future for yourself.

The best learning comes from failure. You learn lessons that can’t be taught by a textbook or a lecture. So get out of your comfort zone and surprise yourself with unlimited opportunities and possibilities.
