Report of Fraud by Emmanuel Quansah

Details of the Fraud:
I was defrauded by an individual named Emmanuel Quansah, who used the following phone numbers:

1. First contact number:0332097286
2. Fraud number used for transactions: 233506646014 (Telecel network)

On JANUARY 09 2025, Emmanuel Quansah contacted me using the first number and convinced me to transfer GHS 95.00 to his Vodafone account. The money was sent from my MTN number,
0534111407. Additionally, he made me request a loan of GHS 40.00, which was also sent to his account.

Once the transactions were completed, he blocked my number, leaving me unable to recover the funds or contact him further.

Request for Action:
I kindly request the authorities to investigate this matter. The fraudulent activities can be traced using the provided phone numbers, and I hope measures are taken to prevent this individual from scamming others in the future.
