*Honoring Tradition: Dignitaries Join Final Rites for Late Kulok Naab*

The final funeral rites for the late Kulok Naab drew significant attention as key political and traditional leaders gathered to pay their respects. The presence of Hon. Issifu Mahmoud, along with the District Chief Executive for Binduri, Hon. Ariku Martin, the MP for Talensi, Hon. Mahama Dung Daniel constituency executives and NDC party members, underscored the cultural importance of the occasion.

Their attendance reflected the deep respect held for the late chief and highlighted the enduring connection between traditional leadership and modern governance in the Binduri area. For many in attendance, it was a clear sign that the legacy of Kulok Naab transcends individual roles and speaks to the unity of the wider community.

The atmosphere was marked by reverence and celebration. The naabiis, ( princes and royals) offered a warm reception to the visiting dignitaries, welcoming them with traditional drumming and dancing. The performance was more than ceremonial display; it was a living expression of heritage, a way of honoring both the memory of the late chief and the guests who came to stand with the community.

Moments like these remind us that final funeral rites in the region serve as more than farewells. They are gatherings where history is remembered, leadership is acknowledged, and community spirit is reaffirmed. The event for Kulok Naab stood as a testament to the rich cultural identity of the area and the shared commitment to preserving it for future generations.

ANABIGA JAMES WRITTE

This is the Hon. MP for Binduri. For those who know me, I don't just write or post for the sake of it; I speak the truth and offer constructive critiques aimed at development.

Regarding my dedication to youth development, my passion is so deep that even though I am currently in the Upper West Region, I have never relented in my efforts to reach out to stakeholders for the progress of my home region the Upper East Region.

While I have been disappointed many times in the past, the current Hon. Member of Parliament for Binduri gave me the pleasant shock of my life.
He picked up my call, and after a simple introduction, we had a discussion so warm and engaging it felt as if we had known each other for years.

The best way to identify a truly humble person is by how they respond to a call from a stranger. I can say, without fear of contradiction, that Hon. Issifu Mahmoud, Esq. is a remarkably humble soul.
After speaking with him, I felt a renewed sense of belonging and a strong urge to return home. I am deeply impressed that someone so established in their political career did not offer excuses but instead spent quality time discussing issues with me, even ending the call by thanking me.
I am proud of you, Counsel. Keep up the good work, Honourable. Thank you for making the time to speak with me.

May God protect you, as you are truly an asset to Binduri.
