As part of efforts to create awareness for the 2023 African Junior Fencing Championship, which kicks start from 15th to 21st February 2023, the President of Ghana Fencing Championship, Mr. Mohammed Mahdi called on the Executive Director of Japan Motors Company Limited, Mr. Nouhad Kalmoni at his office in Accra.

The visit was to officially invite him to the event, and also seek his support to make the championship a successful one.

Mr. Nouhad, on his part, reiterated how far Mr. Mahdi has come, saying, "You started very small, and it is nice to see you take it to the national level to the stage that you are hosting an event like this. I think you will be very proud of the competence of your team. Let’s try and make Ghana proud in the event and win some gold medals, " he added.
