The things I preach are the very things I try to commit to demonstrate.

LEADERSHIP #- Knowing yourself better, identifying your purpose, your competencies, your flexibilities, your focus, your determination, your desire for continious learning and improvement.

You cant lead a community if you are unable to lead yourself. Way back in high school, I started leading myself and chose selflesness, humility, commitment, sacrifice and dedication as my guiding principles in my leadership journey.

Leadership should not be self serving, leadership should not be about arrogance, Leadership should not be about deciet and displaying double standards.

Leadership in my view should be about love, humility and a sense of purpouse!!!
Leadership is also about communicating well and effectively.
