Komenstec Old Students Union (KOSU) KSHTS The school is located on the northeast part of Komenda College and about 2.5 km from Komenda township.

Komenda Secondary Technical School now Komenda Senior High Technical School was established in accordance with PNDC law 207 as a community, Co-educational, Day Secondary School in January, 1991. It was housed in a Second World War Barracks bequeathed to the Komenda Traditional Area by the Air Wing of the Royal Navy after the Second World War 1939-45. The barracks had served as the Experimental Jun

ior Secondary School-1987, which transferred to Aldersgate at Komenda to make room for the Secondary Technical School. Today, by reason of the Computerized School Selection and Placement System, Girls and Boys’ dormitory blocks are available for the other students from outside the community.

KOSU CALLING!
As part of measures and efforts to reinvigorate our almost defunct Union, there is going to be a meeting of all Old students of Komenstec on Saturday 29th April 2017 at the Local Council, Komenda @ 3:30 pm.

# AMENDMENT AND ADOPTION OF THE UNION'S CONSTITUTION
# ELECTION OF NEW EXECUTIVES.
OF THE UNION'S PROJECT.

The constitution of the Union is ready. Members are therefore, required to be present at the meeting to make their imput after which it will be adopted to be the 'manuel' of the Union.

Also, concerning the elections, members who are intersted to take up positions in the Union to help steer affairs are to pick nomination form , fill and submit latest by Thursday 27th April.

Copies of the forms can be obtained from Mr. Amissah at Komenstec. Vetting will take place on 28th April at a venue yet to specified, and voting comes off on 29th during the meeting.

Please inform all colleagues about this. Finally, as part of our early preparations towards next homecoming, concrete decisions will be taken on how we can fund the SICK BAY project we have promised our almar mata to see light of the day.

Pls dont sit on the fence, don't be a "spectator". Lets join join hands to make this project a reality. Mr. Augustine Dadzie has already pledged 500.00ghc, what are you also doing to assist. Any other matter pertaining to the well being of the Union will be discussed at the meeting.

OUTCOME OF SATURDAY 30/01/16's MEETING

As a result of some members reluctance to pay their contributions, a task force committee known as "Task Force for Collection " (lol) whose main task is the collection of contributions from members was formed today. They are not going to use any 'force' to collect contributions from members. However, they can ask you for your contribution wherever and whenever they meet you. Don't be taken aback when they visit you in your various homes, workplaces and offices . Please give them the maximum cooperation for the sake of the Union and the upcoming homecoming.
Nevertheless, you can also contact them to pay your contribution. Besides , contributions can still be made to the respective representatives. The 2001 year batch impressed members at the meeting today with their initial contribution of 140ghc which was recorded and given to a safe hand.

Its Friday, why dnt we have sum lil fun out here?

I remember way back in skuul we use to have a place called the TRIANGLE OF OUR TIME. hope u remember that name as well. Boys and girls use too meet there after preps to chat their love once and say goodbyes and goodnyt b4 we go to bed. Hay! I use to do that so I knw what am saying.

The last tym I went to the skuul dat place was out of oder and i dont think the name even exist any more, but the memory still lives one.

My question is, WHAT WAS UR FAVORITE MEMORY DURING UR TIME AT SKUUL AND WHICH PLACE IS U MEMORABLE JOINT?
