Most often, I hear people say this is just who I am!

Who you are might be a part of the problem. If you’re satisfied with the result you’re getting, then maybe you can choose to be who you are. We all know that the only constant thing in life is change, we know we have to change but no one likes the process of change.

The difference between the very successful and the unsuccessful is that the successful people, ask themselves what they want to be or have, then they find out who they need to become to achieve what it is they want, and then get to work on themselves to make it a reality.

You can’t keep doing the same things expecting a different result; that’s the definition of insanity.

As this year 2023 is coming to a close, there are a few simple steps that can change everything for you in the coming year 2024.

The first step is to sit down with a sheet of paper and write down clearly what you would like to achieve this new year and write it in detail.

Secondly, write down the reason or reasons why you want that goal so badly.

Thirdly, ask yourself who you need to become to make this dream a possibility, otherwise, what do you need to do differently, what are some of the people you need to connect with, what are some of the daily habits that you would have to develop or quit to help me achieve this dream. Write everything down and then get to work.

Take action, action cures fear and brings clarity to the mind. Take a step at a time, it won’t be a smooth journey but you’ll get there. The challenges you will face will help you build character and strength that will take you to your dream.
