FROM THE PUBLIC RELATION DEPARTMENT OF THE SRC:
We want to clear the air about the recent rumors that are making waves on the social media carried out by CAMPUS AFFAIRZ about the college President Yaw Takyi having a closed door meeting with the incoming SRC President Emmanuel Mensah to convince him to continue buying the lecture theater desk that the out going administration started.
Its very important to note that,President Yaw Takyi,Prez Arhinful Kakraba and Prez Esther Kesse never had an official meeting with the incoming SRC board to talk about the administration's policy and actions for him as the next leader to ascertain the level of development.
Before a decision is taking by the SRC,the council meets as a board and analyses the impact of the decision on the students and the entire college.Majority support for the decision taken renders it valid for onward ex*****on.
The chairs bought by the council for the college is a unique decision however if the Emmanuel Mensah's administration want to continue buying the furniture, its never a bad initiative and his is at liberty to seek information from Prez Yaw Takyi who was solely responsible for the purchase due to his position as the leader of the students.
Its indisputable that the chairs brought a great relief and comfort to the student body,besides it gives beauty to our classrooms compared to the previous ones we were using.But our negative perception covers the good aspect of this.Its inevitable because human beings will always have their say.Whether good or bad
Emmanuel Mensah's administration is not set for now.Its still anonymous who will step into Nii Laryea and Rose Asante's shoes as the Coordinators.So there is no way they can take an initiative and start implementing it for now so his is waiting untill the full house is in order.
Prez Yaw Takyi's regime as president is not over yet,so the periodic reading of account which did not come on will not be swept under carpet.Everybody will be enlightened on the state of affairs when college reopens very soon.
