Yes, tuberculosis is curable!

12 new cases recorded, bringing the total confirmed cases to 980.

Mpox spreads mainly through close contact with someone who has the infection.
Protect yourself and others by maintaining good hygiene and reporting any symptoms such as
* Fever
* Rash
* Headache
* Muscle aches
* Swollen lymph nodes
* Chills
* Tiredness

If you notice any of these, visit the nearest health facility immediately.

Tips to prevent iron-deficiency anaemia:
🥬 Choose foods rich in iron, folate, vitamin A and B12, such as legumes, eggs, meat, dark leaf vegetables, nuts and seeds
🍋 Eat citrus fruits and avoid drinking coffee and tea during meals to help you absorb iron from your food
