HTU has signed an MoU with Praise Export Services Ltd., operators of the popular Praise City Eco‑tourism Park “Point & Kill” in Ho.

This collaboration will open doors for students in agro‑processing, hospitality, and export services through full‑semester industrial attachments, internships, and career development opportunities.

Together, HTU and Praise Export are bridging the industry‑academic gap and shaping future-ready graduates.

Management of Ho Technical University received H.E. Mrs. Ndiyakupi Nghituwamata, Namibian High Commissioner to Ghana, on her official visit to the Volta Region. Discussions centered on strengthening Ghana–Namibia ties through economic and educational diplomacy, with proposals for collaboration in agriculture, solar technology training, and student–faculty exchanges.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ben Honyenuga, joined by senior management, assured the University’s readiness to partner with Namibia. The diplomat was accompanied by Mr. Dela Gbeve of AGI and officials of the VRCC.

Together, HTU and Namibia look forward to building impactful partnerships in education, agriculture, and renewable energy. 🌍🤝

He applauded our Baobab innovation, celebrated the creativity of our Art & Design exhibition, and promised a new bus for the University community.

The 7th Vice-Chancellor’s Distinguished Lecture Series came off today at the G.M. Afeti Auditorium, and was delivered by Prof. Ronald Tuninga, Rector of Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands, on the theme: “Business Practice in the Era of AI: Implications for Technical Universities in Ghana.”
