,_JUST_BEGIN.

If we do not start, we will never get there.
I never knew I can reach my level of education till I started it.
I never knew I was eloquent till I began to have the courage to communicate in my fambling.
I never knew I can succeed in life till I began to try.
I never knew I was gifted till I began to use the little I had.
I never knew I was loved till I started to appreciate what God and people do for me.
*Many people are not making any significant headway in life because they lack the courage to start.*
The task ahead of you might be huge but you need the will and the zeal to start.
You can make, you have a lot in you, have the courage to start.
Even when all our detractors and enemies are silenced, we cannot make any headway in life if we do not work diligently towards our goal.
Serious minded and purpose driven people do not waste their time and resources on detractors, they rather concentrate on what they can do to reach their goal.
Stay focused and do not be distracted by the actions of your detractors.

God bless and keep u.

SHS2 Track Gold Students to report to School for Semester2, SHS1 Green Students on Waiting
.

The first-year students in track green in the double-track schools are to report to school on 1st September 2021 to begin their second semester in the academic year. These students were asked to go on a single track when the government abolished the double track, the enrolment figures in the Senior High Schools turned to be higher than what they expected. Ghana Education Service had no option other than to assign the students into tracks. Each batch of students has completed their first semester of the academic calendar. Both tracks are expected to write the same end of the semester exams.

Parents who were able to afford extra tuition paid for their wards to attend extra classes to keep them focused on their academic work, parents whose parents could not afford extra tuition have to involve themselves in menial jobs to make money, others also engage in prostitution and other social vices. Most of the girls get pregnant along the way, the ministry of education has instructed the heads of the second cycle schools to allow pregnant girls in school and grant them maternity leave so that the pregnancy will not be a barrier to their education.

The second-year students in the Gold track will report for the second semester on 30th, August for academic work, most of the students have lost everything they were taught in school for staying home for three months.

Teachers are complaining of stress as a result of additional contact hours, before the double-track system, a period of a lesson was 35 minutes. With the double-track system, a period of a lesson is one hour. Some of the teachers have no holiday, they teach in both tracks while others teach two different subjects.

Many Ghanaians on social media have called on the government to better the free secondary education before thinking of free tertiary education. The major challenge of free secondary education is infrastructure and inadequate teachers, the government should solve these challenges before he makes the tertiary education free, if not the tertiary institutions will be worse, infrastructure will be the major challenge, since the free tertiary will increase the enrolment in the various tertiary institutions.

The government can embark on expanding the facilities in the various tertiary institution by building lecture halls and hostels, each year there are over 5,000 students who are unable to make it to the tertiary level due to their inability to pay fees, making tertiary education free without putting the right measures in place will increase the number of tertiary students and decrease the quality of education. More lecturers will be needed for the high number of enrolment figures.
