Since 1967, celebration of International Literacy Day on September 8th has come to stay. It’s a day set aside to remind the world 🌎 on the importance of literacy. Today Asanteman Junior High School in collaboration with Asanteman EduSpots celebrated it.

The winners of the competition was no other class but the PACESETTERS….THE SENIORS…BS9🏆🏆🏆. Congratulations to the BS9 class on winning the maiden edition of the cooking competition in Asanteman Junior High School. Better luck next time to the other classes. Congratulations on the work done. Indeed you guys are a real deal. Kudos of the entire teams and classes for making the contest a keenly contested one.

The much anticipated inter-classes cooking competition took place today at Asanteman Junior High School premises been supported by The Health Workers from the Mempeasem Health Center.
It was a competition which targeted the preparation of all the 3 types of meal( Breakfast, Lunch and Supper).
Bs7 class prepared Obrayo( Capital Letters) with Peanut
Bs8 class prepared Diehuo(TZ) and
Bs9 class prepared Plain rice with Light soup.
