Ola Rotimi’s timeless comedy Our Husband Has Gone Mad Again comes alive on stage as the University of Cape Coast, Department of Theatre and Film Studies presents an exciting theatrical experience at the UCC Main Auditorium.

Directed by Joseph Ebo Mefful and supported by stage managers Pamela Manu and Gifty Sackitey, this vibrant production will run from 5th to 7th February, with performances each evening at 7:00 PM. Audiences can expect bold performances, rich humour, and sharp social commentary brought together in a lively and engaging stage interpretation.

Early-bird tickets are available at GHS 20 for a single ticket and GHS 35 for a double ticket, offering excellent value for an evening of quality theatre. Seats are limited, so early reservations are strongly encouraged.

A proud and memorable moment as Francisca Koomson receives the Prof. Victor Yankah Award/Prize for the Overall Graduate Student in Theatre Studies, 2025 in recognition of outstanding academic and creative excellence.

The award was presented by the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Professor Kwabena Sarfo Sarfo-Kantankah, in the presence of Professor Daniel Agyapong, Provost of the College of Humanities and Legal Studies (CHLS).

This honour reflects dedication, discipline, and a deep commitment to theatre scholarship and practice. We celebrate Francisca’s achievement and wish her continued success as she builds on this well deserved recognition.
