Service is Leadership

As the service of Rt. Hon. Bright B. Kpalam Kpalamze Bright comes to an end, the house looks forward to welcome the next speaker whom will be elected on the day of inauguration.

The service rendered by Rt. Hon. Bright B. Kpalam Kpalamze Bright , and his deputy Hon. Obed Tetteh Quahku Wyse will forever be pinned in the books of Casford Parliamentary council and Casford as whole.

The Second Parliament of JCRC of Casely Hayford Hall is rightly getting to an end: Will be dissolved soon and the Third parliament will take over.

The Second Parliament is currently headed by Rt. Hon. Bright B. Kpalam and deputize by Hon. Obed Benjamin.

The achievement of the second Parliament within a very short period is very significant.

We hope for more.....CASFORD WILL BE GREAT

The leadership of Casely Hayford Hall Parliamentary council want to take this opportunity to extend our greetings to all fellows and the whole University community. We pray this message finds you in good health.

The *CASFORD PARLIAMENTARY COUNCIL* by this notice based on the standing orders of the house: *Order II section (a),* that membership of the council shall be open to all qualified fellows, here by open nomination to all qualified candidates to apply as members of the council.

This is in line with *order 21(5)* which mandates the second council to stand dissolve upon the end of the academic year.

Kindly find attach to this communique a link below to submit your application. _Candidates should however note that, The basic qualification to house shall be key and further be subjected to vetting by the appointment committee of the council upon submission of application_ . However, vetting procedures are *likely* to be virtual.

CASFORD PARLIAMENTARY COUNCIL APPLICATION FORM TO BECOME A MEMBER OF CASFORD PARLIAMENT COUNCIL

Again, we want to recognize with cognisance, the service of Hon. Munuu Sadique Mohammed who was elected to house by the people of Ayensu Central Constituency (Diaspora). He is serving his second term in the council. Currently, he is the *Manority chief whip and a member of the leadership* of the house. He was a member of the 16th Students' Parliamentary council of UCC. He is a front bencher(a ranking member) and debates frequently in the chamber. He usually use all means available to catch the eye of Mr. Speaker for his submissions to the council.

Moreover, he is reading B.com. Finance here in the University of Competitive Choice with a robust interest in Investment and Financial Analysis.

Mr. Sadique is passionate about financial literacy and hence have this message to all, "Financial illiteracy is serious canker in our country and needs to be tackled with all the strength and resources at our disposal"

Hon. Sadique, thank you for your special service to Casely Hayford Hall through your capacity as student MP, with passion to student welfare. We wish you well in your higher endeavors. Fellows will always shine.
