THE PROJECT PLAN
The community that I have chosen to lead and effect a change is the Asintampeliga community in Binduri district, Upper East Region. This community is where the gave birth to me and where I schooled, therefore I know all the problems and the needs of the community. In this community, we have a lot of youth in the community who are vibrant and lovely but with no plans and aims towards moving our community forward, Having learnt a lot through the wonderful seminars organized by the scholars program, I have spoken to the members of the community about what we should do to improve and bring betterment into the community and they agreed and everyone is willing to be involve. When I first met with the grown in the community, the problems they mentioned were;
 Electricity
 Poor roads
 Health issues
 Poor education
After meeting with the grown, the youth also met and review all the problems above and we decided to focus on the educational issue. We then came up with a plan that we should design a program that would take care of both the young and the old in the community, a program that would organize activities to the benefits of all in the community……we call that “the 360 learning program”
We also decided to get a library for the community where we would use it to enhance the educational level of the youth. We have a building which was used as a school but has been abandon for years now and we would renovate it as community members and use it for our programs. THE PROJECT 360 LEARNING PROGRAM
We think that education cannot be compared to anything as far as the development of the society is concerned. And this is the main reason why there may be numerous projects to be undertaken but we think that any project that is undertaken should be aimed toward educating the community. In today’s modern world it is very shameful to note that in the whole of my community few has been abled move from the lower levels of education to the tertiary level. For this reason, we want to take it upon ourselves to be totally responsible for the educational development of the children in the community. For us to achieve this goal, we decided to undertake a project in my community which is called the 360 Learning Program. This project is aimed at providing a holistic form of education to all children in the community. The name 360 implies an all-round form of education to the children of the community. So our focus is the children in the community since they are highly susceptible and impressionable to picking up things faster, we believe educating and creating their awareness would equip them with a lot of experience and exposer in their youthful age. But we would still use our program (360LP) to influence changes to remedy the problems and needs of the community. OUR VISION STATEMENTS

THE MISSION STATEMENT
We are dedicated to the provision of a very conducive learning environment in terms of physical structure and the creation of an effective and efficient collaborative learning between the children and the facilitators. Some might think the project is very magnificent but us as a team decided to further apportioned the program into two sectors to ensure its functionality and effectiveness. There two sections are;
 The academics sector
 Sports/cultural sector



The academics sector of the project 360LP

This is the department that will be dedicated towards the reading and writing skills of the children. Under this department we would make sure that English Language becomes the mode of communication among the children. We would organize activities to make this sector so interesting to them for instance; debating among themselves, quiz competition, interview practice and to also let them know their rights under the constitution and be responsible in their lives. We would form ICT training for them as well and create an effective link between them and their facilitators. THE SPORTS/CULTURAL SECTOR OF THE PROGRAM
Aside the academic development of the children, we also thought of creating this department that will be responsible for the extra-curricular activities of the children. We are of the belief that some children tend to have talents which may not necessarily relate to academic performance. Some could sing, dance and engage in several sporting activities. With the creation of this department, we have the intention and the desire to unearth the talents of these young ones. For the old in the community 360LP would organize programs like; health talk for them, talks on proper farming methods and also do sanitation exercise in the community, fight for light in the community.
“It is a smaller river that erodes gradually to become an Ocean” for that matter we would expand it to cover other communities of the district after we have assured its effectiveness and sustainability in our community. GENERAL BENEFITS/ IMPORTANCE OF THE PROGRAM TO THE COMMUNITY
 To serve as a forum to address issues facing the community
 To provide a library for the community
 To enhance the educational level of the children in the community
 To ensure cleanliness in the community




SOURCES OF FUNDING THE PROGRAM (360LP)

The project 360 learning program would generate funding from/ through:
I. Seeking assistances from the DCE, MPs etc. Writing proposals to entities like; uniBank (GH) limited, MTN (GH) LTD, Vodafone (GH) LTD…….. TIMING OF THE PROJECT 360 LP
We are hoping that by 2020, the project should have met its target and appropriate and adequate transformation might have been assured. The project would continue to exist and functions even without us…….. Meeting for the program would vary depending on the sector of the project but the general meetings for all the beneficiaries would be on Sundays at 6:30 prompt at the community base.
