VACANCY: HEADTEACHER

Prinmars Learning Centre invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated education professionals for the position of Headteacher.

Minimum Requirements

Ø Qualification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – mandatory

Ø Age: 40–65 years

Ø Registered with the relevant Teachers’ Registration body

Experience:

Ø Minimum of 5 years teaching experience

Ø At least 3 years in a school leadership position

Ø Proven experience in school administration, staff supervision, and curriculum implementation

Ø Demonstrated ability to improve academic performance and school standards

Key Skills:

Ø Strong instructional and administrative leadership

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Ø Competence in ICT and modern teaching and learning methods

Personal Qualities:

Ø High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Ø Creative and innovative, with the ability to introduce new ideas and enhance school programmes

Ø Visionary, proactive, and results-oriented

Ø Passion for child-centred and holistic education

Ø Approachable, fair, and emotionally mature

Ø Committed to continuous improvement and professional development

Added Advantage:

Postgraduate qualification or training in Educational Leadership or School Management
