Permission for medical screening exercise

The hospital Management of St. Paul’s hospital Ltd as part of her corporate social responsibility has been given the mandate to medically screen all students in the public schools in Akatsi .

This exercise cannot be done without first considering HOPS which we have an allegiance with.

The outreach team which comprises of professional medical team made up of prescribers , nurses and ENT Specialist .This medical screening exercise is targeted towards the students and teachers.
Student of any age group are targeted towards this exercise.
Oral medication will not be dispensed on the field .If there is an identification of any illness parents will be informed for wards to be sent the hospital for further treatment and same implies to the teachers and parents who may want to take part in this exercise .Nhia cards is a vital requirement in accessing this free medical care.Nhia cards will be renewed for free as part of this exercise .

The exercise is scheduled for Thursday 3rd April 2025 at the holy childhood prep campus at 7:30am and ends at 4:00pm.

We are encouraging you all this support this exercise to improve the health of our wards and ours as guardians of this children.
