What happens when AI becomes part of an ordinary workday in Ghana? 🤖

It is already helping people draft messages, summarise notes, organise information, analyse spreadsheets and plan tasks. The practical response is not panic. It is preparation.

On Monday, 28 September, let us focus on how AI tools actually work and how to use them responsibly:

✅ Build hands-on workplace habits
✅ Check and improve AI-generated outputs
✅ Protect confidential information and human judgement

What if one focused weekend could move your career forward? 🚀

This Saturday, 26 September, choose one in-demand skill, complete one practical portfolio piece and take one confident career step.

This week’s example: the Autodesk design pathway. Use your learning to create something you can discuss, demonstrate and continue improving, because practical evidence of your ability matters.

Your weekend career plan:
✅ Choose one Autodesk skill to develop
✅ Complete one real-world design piece
✅ Save it, review it and add it to your portfolio
✅ Explore your next learning step with FITTS

FITTS provides practical ICT training online and in person across Autodesk, Microsoft, Adobe, Cisco, Meta, Apple, Unity, WordPress and more.

How many productive hours are lost each week because a teacher struggles with digital records, a staff member cannot complete a routine task efficiently, or an organisation depends on incomplete information? 💻

On Thursday 24 September, FITTS focuses on Workforce Development and the practical steps Ghanaian schools and organisations can take to close the digital skills gap.

Practical ICT training helps teams to:
✅ Work more confidently with essential digital tools
✅ Improve productivity and reduce avoidable delays
✅ Build workplace-ready skills for changing demands

FITTS also supports schools with terminal and cumulative record systems designed to improve the organisation and management of learner information.

One pathway to explore is IC3 Digital Literacy, which develops skills across Computing Fundamentals, Key Applications and Living Online. FITTS also provides training and certification preparation pathways involving Adobe, Autodesk, Cisco, Meta, Apple, Unity and WordPress, online and in person.
