:Tso Nakle" is our motto but was changed to a long English sentence.... Why can't we be proud of Ewe language? If we see almost all the mottos of schools on Akan lands, they gave motto which is Akan showing how proud they are of their language. No doubt we are rather 'compelled' to learn and speak Akan. A senior citizen on our school board ignorantly justified it by telling me that ABORSCO's motto is ARISE AND SHINE and they threatened to take us to court if we continue to use TSO NA KLE. Very funny!! Why funny and ignorant....AKATSICO's motto is HEAD HEART HAND. Motto of MAWULI School in Ho is exactly HEAD HEART HAND. Never did any of these made such comments. Let us come out clear on the mischief behind the long and unreasonble motto for our school. After all mot.
