Partnering with Youth Friendly Standards, we’re creating new eco opportunities for the youth, shifting mindsets towards eco products and services in Africa. Together, we’re on a 5-year strategy to raise the environmental workforce for Africa, aligning with SDG 8.

It's a silent crisis, pervasive and pernicious. But, we believe in the power of change, and this is why our mission at Waste Or Create Hub is so vital.

Waste Or Create Hub is a pioneer for sustainability in Africa. We are in the business of transforming 'waste' into 'create', emphasizing the power of reimagining, repurposing, and recreating. We started with a simple yet innovative idea – turning recyclable materials into artworks, furniture and beautiful aesthetics. Today, we harness Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) to tackle environmental challenges.

In our journey, we have been fortunate to collaborate with numerous organizations, igniting the spark of eco-innovation among the youth and shifting the mindset towards eco-products and services. As the future leaders of our world, young innovators, policymakers, and activists are determined to secure a sustainable future for all. Despite the challenges we face, the UN World Economic Forum Annual Meeting continues to be a powerful platform for change.

This year, 26 young change-makers from around the globe will be in Davos to focus on nature and climate education, advocacy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. They are leading the charge for environmental sustainability and working towards a healthier planet and stable societies.

We believe that by giving Africa's youth the opportunity to take the lead at Davos 2023 and investing in the development of an environmentally skilled workforce in Africa, we can pave the way for a sustainable future for all.
