As Dr. Kwame Nkrumah once said, “I am not African because I was born in Africa but because Africa was born in me.”

As we reflect on our shared journey as a continent, may we continue to build an Africa that leaves no generation behind.

AGE proudly joined hands with partners across Ghana to mark the International Day of Older Persons 2025 — celebrating the strength, wisdom, and resilience of our elders! ❤️

From insightful conversations at the World Ageing Day by Commi Relief Service, to laughter and connection at our very own Seniors Day Out, and ending with energy and teamwork at the Accra International Marathon, our seniors reminded everyone that ageing is not slowing down — it’s growing stronger! 💪✨

Together, we continue to champion dignity in ageing and create spaces where older persons thrive in health, purpose, and joy. 🌿

🌍✨ To mark World Physiotherapy Day 2025, the Association of Ghana’s Elders (AGE) is partnering with Nuffield Clinic to host 50 seniors for a special physiotherapy experience at the Nuffield Physiotherapy Clinic in Osu!
