4. In conjunction with Program Manager, planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database
marketing, email, and social media campaigns
5. Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
channels and customer touch points.
6. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against
goals (ROI and KPIs).
7. Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizing user funnels.
8. Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption of new methods/ideas where
appropriate.
