Life after 40 . . .
After 40, you're a gonner, don't ever flatter yourself thinking that you can claw back, rather think of how to make life enjoyable, beautiful and fulfilling for yourself and to those around you.
You suddenly realize that you haven't been too healthy after all - it has always been empty bravado; the mortal frailties of the human condition set in quickly but in return, God compensates you with an acute sense of awareness and reflection, these are what will take you through the next phase of this journey of life.
Be good to those who are good to you and exercise benevolence when dealing with those you perceive as enemies for it only takes a split second to discern between an enemy and a friend, however, never have a place in your heart for two categories of people: those who can betray you at the slightest risk, and those who patronize and bootlick.
At 40, women are your greatest assets yet they possess the most potent weapon that can lead you to destruction - find a beautiful woman who understands you, not one who wants to change you; enjoy yourselves, possibly, have more s*x because it's therapeutic but never leave your guard open, we are still in an evil world after all.
If you have children, make them a priority and do the best you can for them because you are a hero in their eyes, never visit the sins of the father or the mother on to the children. They are the manifestation of supernatural greatness!
Above all, keep Faith in whatever God you serve because when all is said and done, you still need a resting place.
