NOTICE TO ELIGIBLE VOTING YEAR GROUPS
The following Year Groups are in good standing and are therefore eligible to vote at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM):
1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2008.
In addition, all Year Groups that have celebrated their 50th Anniversary are eligible to vote.
All eligible Year Groups are required to complete the 2026 Voter Register Form https://forms.gle/bT6FZU1httysKgKx5 to receive the electronic voting link prior to the AGM.
Please note that voting will be conducted electronically, and only eligible members who complete the voter registration process will be permitted to vote.
We encourage all eligible members to register promptly to ensure their participation in the AGM voting process.
