The union of three chains stands for the Pauline virtues of Faith, Hope and Love. THE PALM TREE:
The palm tree thrives where other trees can hardly stand. Here it represents Triumph over environmental handicaps. COCOA TREE:
Symbol of Ghana's wealth. It means the proper use of wealth to sweeten the cares of life.

Dr. Seth Attoh is a distinguished laboratory physician and a senior officer of the Ghana Armed Forces. He currently serves as the Commander of the Kumasi Military Hospital and also lectures in Pathology at Central University.

He holds an MBChB from the University of Ghana Medical School and an MPhil in Biomedical Science (Pathology) from the University of Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Medical Association and a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians.

Beyond his clinical and military leadership roles, Dr. Attoh has contributed to medical research and has several publications to his name. His career reflects a strong blend of medicine, military leadership, academia and research.

OSP’s GH¢5.73bn impact: A strong statement in Ghana’s fight against corruption. 🇬🇭

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) led by Bleoobi saved approximately GH¢5.73 billion for the state and secured seven convictions in 2025, according to the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition’s State of Corruption Report. (Adomonline.com)

The report further indicates that the OSP initiated 71 investigations, recovered GH¢6.5 million and US$2 million, and seized assets valued at more than GH¢102 million.

These figures point to the importance of strong institutions, accountability and the determined pursuit of public interest.

The fight against corruption must continue — with results, transparency and consequences. 🇬🇭

Saturday was more than an unveiling. It was a moment when the past met the present, and a great legacy was given a permanent place in the story of Accra Academy.

The statue of the late Madam B. Lokko — the first female Headmistress of Accra Academy — was unveiled, and for a moment, you could almost feel her presence.

A woman who once walked these grounds, shaped lives and served the Academy with distinction now stands immortalised on the very soil she helped nurture.

And perhaps, somewhere beyond the clouds, Madam Lokko is smiling.

Smiling because she has not been forgotten.

Smiling because the Academy remembers.

Smiling because the generations she helped inspire have returned to honour her.

This is how legends live forever. Not only in history books, but in the hearts of those they left behind.
