The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), through the Faculty of Management Studies, in collaboration with BR Institute, is creating another pathway for young people to develop the skills, mindset and networks needed to turn ideas into viable enterprises.
The UPSA-1000 initiative brings together entrepreneurial skills development, mentorship, practical learning and exposure to experienced voices in business and industry, culminating in the Ghana Entrepreneurship Conference.
Open to young adults aged 18–35, students, early-stage founders, and shop owners/traders, the programme is designed to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity and support participants in moving from ideas and aspirations to purposeful enterprise.
This initiative builds on UPSA’s growing commitment to entrepreneurship education, innovation and practical professional development, as the University continues to prepare young people not only for the world of work, but also to create value, build enterprises and contribute to national development.
Only 1,000 slots available. Applications close on 11 September 2026.
