Time to render account for your nine years of basic schooling is tomorrow. We at Adinkra Educational Consult wish ALL B.E.C.E. candidates across the country the very best of luck. Obey the ethics of the exams, read the instructions of each question well, get all your writing materials ready, avoid talking amongst yourselves, ensure that your index numbers and paper codes are properly shaded, make your handwriting readable. Above all pray shortly before and after each paper. Go in and out of the exams hall confident. Teachers must also ensure to counsel their candidates after each paper. Believe in yourself that you are a candidate for success. God bless Ghana!!!

The season is here again. Teachers and all stakeholders are going to be on the edge. Thinking, what is the next move of WAEC. Schools have started camping their pupils/candidates to prepare them adequately for the pending examination. Some of these schools do not have the best structures to house these children yet they are been pushed to the wall to do so because other schools are doing same. Some of these children will leave the schools with a body full of bacteria and viruses.
On the other hand, examination malpractices will be the main talking point this season too.
Most teachers will go the extra mile to cheat the system to make up for their inabilities to complete the syllabus.
We at Adinkra Educational Consult wish to remind teachers that cheating is wrong and it is a bad footing we are giving to these future leaders.

Educators and managers of education must ensure that teachers stop teaching in the abstract form. Research has shown that over the years; abstract teaching constitutes only 0.1% of students understanding of a concept. The way forward is that, we must relate theory or abstract knowledge to practise where students are exposed to concrete and real objects. Facts, concepts, ideas are firmed up and consolidated when knowledge acquisition is solely based on practicality. Teacher Training institutions must endure that the trainees are baked in the usage of real objects and relevant illustrations in imparting knowledge in our students. I suggest that regular workshops and effective supervision would help in this regard.

11. *Negative Habits, Attitudes and Behaviours* to *confront* and *conquer*.

14. *Give a listening ear to the children who are our clients in this noble
