During the month of June, we celebrate "Black Dollar Days" to streamline and leverage our collective buying power for maximum impact.
As we make the commitment to, “Build Our Economic Wealth,” Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®️ is inviting all of our Sisters to “Wear Pink, Spend Green, and Buy Black.” This way, we can collectively support Black and minority-owned businesses.
This year, we are asking each member to spend $19.08 with a Black-owned business with the goal of spending $8 million. That's one meal. One salon visit. One purchase.
