Kotobabi 5 JHS has done it again! On Wednesday, 23rd July 2025, we retained the Homowo Quiz Competition Trophy, marking our second consecutive win. We are now the defending champions of both the Science and Maths Quiz for Ayawaso Central Municipality and the Homowo Quiz Competition.

We represented the Ayawaso Central Municipality for a cultural programme at National Theatre, Accra early this year. As usual our boys and girls distinguished themselves to the admiration everybody at the event. At K5, we give your ward the best form of education. .

Our recent visit to Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park was an enriching and educational experience. Our students had the invaluable opportunity to learn extensively about the contributions and legacy of our founder and first president, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, not only for Ghana but also for the entire African continent. This visit has deepened their understanding of our history and inspired them to appreciate the enduring impact of Dr. Nkrumah's vision and leadership.

All hail the students’ welfare officer Blessing Donkor who made sure water was available in all the classrooms for the students. She was appreciated by the school’s authorities during the graduation ceremony for the just ended BECE candidates. We say Ayekoo to you Blessing.
