Before the applause, there was sacrifice.
Before the legacy, there was vision.
Before the growth of the House, there were leaders bold enough to shape its path.
Today, we proudly honour the distinguished Former Speaker of the 12th Parliament — a leader whose tenure embodied statesmanship, courage, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of parliamentary leadership.
His time at the helm of the UPSA Parliament House was not merely defined by occupying the Chair, but by the impact he made, the standards he upheld, and the foundation he helped strengthen for future generations of leaders.
As we celebrate this Homecoming Celebration under the theme “Strengthening Democracy Through Youth Governance and Leadership,” we recognise and appreciate the enduring legacy of leadership, service, and excellence he represents.
Some leaders leave office.
Great leaders leave a mark.
The House remembers.
The legacy endures. 🔥
