Cottage cheese casserole with chocolate filling
Yes, not just with chocolate, but with white chocolate! The sweetest and most tender, which, together with soft, bright dried apricots, will give the casserole a unique taste! It is simply impossible to break away!
Ingredients:
The foundation:
Shortbread cookies 60 gr
Milk 20 gr
Curd layer:
Curd 9% 250 gr
Corn starch 15 gr
Eggs 2 pcs
Fill:
White chocolate 20 gr
Nuts 20 gr
Grind the cookies into crumbs and mix with milk. Put in the form. For the curd layer, mix the curd with the eggs. Add starch and stir. Lay on top of the base.
Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. Allow to cool. Apply chocolate and sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
