The Registry in collaboration with the Students' Representative Council (SRC), is delighted to welcome our newest students as they officially begin their academic journey with us.

Our Freshers' Orientation 2026 is designed to introduce students to the Techbridge community, academic life, campus resources, student support services, and the many opportunities available to help them thrive both academically and personally.

NOTICE TO ALL CONTINUING STUDENTS - SEMESTER REGISTRATION & FEES PAYMENT

The Registry wishes to inform all continuing students that Semester Registration for the 2026 Academic Year is now open.

Registration Period
* Normal Registration: 13th – 24th July 2026
* Late Registration: 25th July – 7th August 2026 (GH¢100 late registration fee applies.)

Important Reminders
• Semester registration is compulsory.
• Failure to register within the stipulated period may affect your academic records and final graduation clearance.
• Students who do not register after 7th August 2026 will not be recognised as registered students for the semester and will be required to defer the semester.

Students on Industrial Attachment
Before commencing your attachment, you must:
• Pay the applicable tuition fees.
• Complete your semester registration.

Failure to do so means your attachment will not be recognised as part of your academic programme.

Fee Payment
• Students with outstanding balances from the previous semester must settle them before making payment towards the current semester.
• Current semester tuition: GH¢2,400.00
• A minimum of 50% of the tuition fee must be paid before you can register for your courses.

Complete your registration early to avoid penalties and ensure a smooth start to the semester.

SEMESTER REGISTRATION AND FEES PAYMENT FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS

The Registry Department wishes to inform all continuing students that registration for the First/Second Semester of the 2026 Academic Year has officially commenced on Monday, 13th July, and will end on Friday, 24th July 2026.

All continuing students are reminded that semester registration is compulsory. The Registry has observed that many students fail to register for their courses within the stipulated period, resulting in incomplete student records. Such omissions may adversely affect students during their final clearance for graduation, as the institution must maintain accurate records of each student's registration for every semester.

Students are therefore advised to complete their registration within the stated period to avoid any inconvenience.
Registration Deadlines and Late Registration
1. Normal Registration Period: From 13th to 24th July 2026.
2. Late Registration Period: 25th July to 7th August 2026.

Students who fail to register by 24th July 2026 will be required to pay a late registration fee of GH¢100.00 before they will be permitted to register.

Any student who fails to register after 7th August 2026 will not be recognised as a student of Techbridge University College for the semester and will be required to defer the semester.

Students Undertaking Off-Campus Industrial Attachment
All students scheduled to undertake off-campus industrial attachment during the semester are required to:
1. Pay the applicable tuition fees;
2. Complete their semester registration before commencing the attachment.

Students who fail to fulfil these requirements will not be recognised as registered students of the University College, and any attachment undertaken during that period will not be recognised or recorded as part of their academic programme.

Payment of Fees
All continuing students with outstanding fees from the previous semester are required to settle those balances in full before making payment towards the current semester's tuition fees.

The tuition fee for the current semester is GH¢2,400.00. However, students must pay at least 50% of the semester's tuition fees before they will be eligible to register for their courses.

Students are strongly encouraged to comply with these requirements within the stipulated timelines to avoid unnecessary penalties or disruption to their academic progress.
