Many people try to improve their results by working harder.
But very few people stop to improve the system producing those results: their brain.
Your ability to think clearly, remember information, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions does not happen by chance. It depends on a set of cognitive skills that shape how your brain processes information.
At inGeniusly, we focus on twelve core cognitive skills that drive brain performance. Skills like focus, memory, information processing, decision making, and critical thinking.
They may look like separate abilities, but in reality they are deeply interconnected.
When one improves, it often supports several others.
When one struggles, it can slow the whole system down.
This is why understanding how these skills work together in your brain can be so powerful.
To make this easier, we created the Inner Genius Assessment. It helps you discover how these twelve cognitive skills currently interact in your brain, so you can see both your natural strengths and the areas where strengthening one skill could improve many others.
Because when you understand how your brain works, improving it becomes much simpler.

Is there a “right way” to learn?
Learning should be fun and increase your confidence, but this is not always the case.
The only way to put things back in their natural place is to discover your unique characteristics as a learner and to create your own tailored learning method.
We are here to help you do that.

😵💫Do you have a short attention span?
👉🏼Your attention span is not constant, but it is defined daily by factors that are variable and not always predictable...
🤔But what exactly affects your attention span?
Among others it could be:
👉🏼Your average span (which is the only one we usually consider)
👉🏼Your chronotype
👉🏼The task you’re working on
👉🏼How much sleep you had
😏One thing you could do about it is to learn how to take breaks.
🤭We often make the mistake of taking breaks only once we are tired, but that makes it much harder to restore our energy and get back to work!
🍅 Try the Pomodoro Technique, but with a twist.
👉🏼The traditional technique is to work for 25 minutes on one task and take a 5-minute break, and to repeat this process 4 times before taking a longer break.
👍🏼Instead of taking the 5-minute break after 25 minutes of work try having a reality check. Ask yourself:
-“Am I getting tired or am I in the zone?”
-“Shall I take a short break or do I want to keep going?”
👉🏼If you’re starting to feel tired, stop and take the break; if not, just set a new timer for 25 minutes and keep going!⏱ Do it for up to 90 minutes, but never more: your brain at that point will need a break to restore its energy even if you may feel you don’t need it.🤩You will thank yourself at the end of the day!
