Assalaamu alaikum."To err is human"is a known reality about all humans. In dealing with others, we have to bear in mind that mistakes may be committed in the course of a relationship and they have to be corrected.
The Prophet(SAW) has recommended that, in correcting mistakes of a person, one has to mention his/her positives first. This approach opens up the heart for the correction to be accepted.
