This course is suitable for a beginner or milliner who want to refine thier skills. This Course will give you tips, techniques and a hands on practice, and atleast you should be able to make a hat, a hatinator and a fascinator to take away.In this informative workshop, each student is encouraged to work at thier own pace and we will get hands on so that you can start seeing progress straight away.
