Forgive anyone who has caused you pain or harm. Keep in mind that forgiving is not for others. It is for you. Forgiving is not forgetting. It is remembering without anger. Fear
Is that uneasiness of mind which arises from an apprehension of danger, attended with a desire of avoiding it. "Fear, " says Dr. Watts, "shows itself by paleness of the cheeks, sinking of the spirits, trembling of the limbs, thoughts, agonies of nature, and fainting. Many a person has died with fear. Sometimes it rouses all nature to exert itself in speedy flight, or other methods to avoid the approaching evil: sudden terror has performed some almost incredibles of this kind." Fear is of different kinds:

1. There is an idolatrous and superstitious fear, which is called a fear of daemons, which the city of Athens was greatly addicted to. "I perceive, " says the apostle Paul, "that in all things ye are too superstitious, " or given to the fear and worship of false deities.

2. There is an external fear of God, an outward show and profession of it, which is taught by the precepts of men: as in the men of Samaria, who pretended to fear the Lord, as the priest instructed them, and yet served their own gods; and such an external fear of God, Job's friends supposed was all that he had, and that even he had cast that off.

3. There is an hypocritical fear, when men make a profession of religion; but only serve him for some sinister end and selfish view, which Satan insinuated was Job's case. "Doth Job fear God for nought?" Job 1:9 .

4. There is a servile fear, which they possess who serve God from fear of punishment, and not from love to him.

5. There is a filial fear, such as that of a son to his father. Fear is sinful when

1. It proceeds from unbelief or distrust of God. 2. When it ascribes more to the creature than is due; or when we fear our enemies without considering they are under God. 3. When we fear that in God that is not in him, or that he will break his promise, &c. 4. When our fear is immoderate, so as to distract us in duty.

It is very important that you need to desire for the anointing that is ever-overcoming, and irresistible. In 1samuel 16:13, David received the first dimension of anointing, through Samuel the prophet of the Lord David. Though David did take over immediately from King Saul after this experience, the authority flowing from the anointing, positioned him well to face Goliath and overcome him so easily. Before you can experience such an authority, you will need to have the desire by availing yourself for God to prepare you as He did for David as a shepherd. The anointing gives you a deep sense of assurance and awareness of the God you serve, the power in you to overcome every opposition, and your capacity to dictate the pace of life. The psalmist wrote : " But my horn shall thou exalt like the horn of a unicorn: I shall be anointed with oil. "( psalm 92:10 ) . It was a declaration of faith, as he was confessing about a future state of victory will come as a result of the anointing! Here is a good news : God has the same plan for you. Activate the power of God's Spirit now.

Another name for the devil is 'the tempter'. He tempts you in the area of your need. Why? Because he knows in the time of need, you can be impatient, vulnerable and desperate. You can be so desperate for a solution that you walk through any door opened before you. Not all doors that open in your time of need are from God. Beware! Seek God in prayers to make sure you are in His will. The devil tempted Jesus with food because he knew our Redeemer was hungry; Jesus just finished a 40 days and 40 nights fast. Satan tempts you in your area of weakness. In this case, it was 'hunger'. What are your weaknesses? Be careful; those are the areas satan will explore to cause you to sin. He knew Jesus needed food and offered it to Him the wrong way. Jesus responded with the Word of God. Know God's word. Study it. Meditate on it day and night. It empowers you to overcome the evil one!
Matthew 4:1-4
"Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.”
Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’"

Beloved, this morning i declare that the plan of God concerning any marriage will manifest and not aborted or abandoned and delayed in the name of Jesus Christ. (Ezekiel 12:28). Type AMEN to receive it. This is the voice of the prophet.

My brother's and sisters you can't move forward when you're always looking backward.And today God is telling you it's time to let that offense go and stop replaying the video in your mind of the wrong that was done to you!

*Forget the past and move forward in the grace and love of God.

The Joy of the Lord will keep you strong, but you will not discover This joy unless you continue to pursue the heart of the Lord Jesus Christ, listen to His voice, read His Word, and submit to His will...Joy doesn't always come naturally...but it comes through walking with the Lord

Devotion : The Psalmist admitted that there are trying times as a child of God. He said in the midst of the trying times we should know that God is with us, therefore, fear has been defeated. The rod and staff of God is available to comfort us and punish our enemies. Dear, be conscious that God is with you and He is ever ready to comfort you and fight for you. God bless you.
