We recruit participants to experience PIMI programme through observing, questioning and exploring. Mentors are also recruited to demonstrate, explain and model. We again partner with the right institutions and organisations to support our programme and also provide opportunities for participants to gain practical workplace experience. Participants have the opportunity of interacting with "Resource

Persons" who are experts and professionals from selected leading companies in Ghana managing the curriculum of our training programme. Participants are again made to go on internship which is a major and a unique feature of the PIMI programme as it serves as a tool for development and practical skills acquisition. Some form of work experience is usually required to secure work after school and internships seek to equip students with some work experince.
