The “First National Tourism, Hospitality, Career Fair and Exhibition - NaTHaFEst 2014” is due to be launched in Accra and in partnership with selected districts and regions of Ghana for Domestic Tourism Enhancement, Creation of Job Opportunity Platforms, Training for Hotel and Tourism Personnel and the conversion of the acclaimed Ghanaian Hospitality into Revenue Generation.
Generally, “NaTHaFEst 2014” seeks to address the Role of National Tourism in Ghana’s Economy, with an emphasis on the meaning of Hospitality to the Ghanaian; a Local Tourism in Focus.
“NaTHaFEst 2014” is a Career Fair and Employment Opportunity Platform event designed by the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management and supported by Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts; Ghana Tourism Authority and Ghana Tourism Federation.
For the maiden event, “NaTHaFEst 2014” will combine Career Fair, Exhibition, Seminar on Employment Opportunity for Potential Employers and Employees, Career Guidance and Counseling Section slated for May 2014.
The three [3] day event celebration is themed “Reversing Unemployment Through Careers in Tourism and Hospitality”
