I was told I don't look circular for a news talk show. In plain words, I was requested to sort drop the veil sometimes so the audience can relate with me.

My certificates were applauded, my language skills applauded. Ooo charley alll went well, I think except that question which I answered in all sincerity "no! I can't drop the veil, but I can try to make it more stylish" even that response didn't convince them. I was told to expect a call. Seriously, I believed I was in good hands because the man who interviewed me also doubled as the news director and he was a Muslim. I believed he would understand my state of mind and position. He gave me his card to call and make follow ups. I went home very expectant. Days run into weeks. I called sent messages and got tired. I just tapped myself on the shoulder so many times to comfort the disappointed spirit and soul in me. As for the body, it has been disappointed so many times. I am sure it was telling the rest I told you so.
