Get enough of the Mistletoe, wash it and put them into cooking pot (preferably the local pot made with clay).... You can use other cooking pot if the preferred one is not available.

Then take few limes, cut each into two and add them to the Mistletoes, add water to it.

Boil it for sometime and then when it's well boiled bring it down from the fire....

Start taking it as your water or tea: morning, afternoon and evening.

Do this for one to two weeks then you can go for check up.

Your testimony will come from the results you will see.

Kindly get yourself Djeka leaves (ogyama), but it should be the fresh ones from top which looks yellowish, then you get yourself shea butter (nkuto).

Grind the djeka leaves on stone or anything similar like grinding stone, after that, start moulding it into smaller round or oval shapes like what is in the picture.

After that, dry them in the sun, when it's dries up, you are good to go,

When you are about to go to bed, take one of the round or oval shaped djeka leaves, dip it into shea butter or just apply the shea butter around it then insert it into your v*gina.

The next morning, you will remove and trust me, it will collect all impurities or anything bad from your v.gina which you will be shocked...do that till you see that you are free from the problem you have.

If you see that the place is getting too tight, you can reduce the number of hours you keep it there by doing it some hours then you remove it before you go to bed.

Am teaching you this so that you can stop applying certain ointments at your private parts which is not good for the place and comes with it own problems.
