INGREDIENTS
500g baking margarine soft
1cup icing sugar
4 cups of flour
3 eggs
1cup of corn flour/maizena
1 tsp of any essence
METHOD
=Cream margarine and icing sugar, then add eggs and essence then mix well until is smooth.
=Add corn flour and mix again, then add flour one cup at the time while mixing to make a nice soft dough. Shape your biscuits and put it in the oven.
