We were delighted that some of the regional farmers day winners visited the OFA stall at the national Farmers Day event in Ho today.
Will one of them be unveiled as the 2025 national best farme tomorrow?

We are celebrating our recognition as an Inclusive Business, awarded for the impact of our OFA organic input in raising incomes of farmers, at last Saturday's Association of Ghana Industries awards night.
This followed a rigorous.evaluation process involving consultants, German Development Agency GIZ, and the AGI.
With 60% of Africa's workforce doing farming, and independent trials showing OFA can double smallholder farmers' profits, our current impact is substantial and our potential is enormous!
We are equally delighted by the consistently excellent feedback from our users, who are just as rigorous as the consultants!

Our CEO Henry was honoured as an ASSETS senior fellow, recognising the impact. innovation and export potential of OFA at the recent ASETS 2025 meeting. Henry said "we are humbled by this recognition, which reflects the tireless work of the whole OFA team. We are looking for OFA sales agronomists for Central region (OUR Bono East vacancy is now filled).

Ghanamade organic all-in-one input OFA has been increasing sales significantly each year, and is one of Ghana's leading organic inputs. Published CSIR SARI trials showed OFA doubled the profits of a typical smallholder farm.
We now need a regional sales agronomist for Central region (plus the Takoradi area of Western Region)
You will need to:
- have an agronomy related degree and at least two years relevant post degree experience
- have a flair for (and preferably also experience in) sales
- be happy to spend most of your time on the field with farmer groups
- be a self-starter who also contributes well to the team.
- be able to ride a motorbike to access farms
- know Central region (amf Takotadi atea of Western region) well .
