Should institutions who flaut social distances directives be sanction?

The minister for communication hon. ursula owusu is reported to have shut down an MTN office at Dansoman Zodiac. Mrs. Usular ekuful in her Facebook wall write:

'' this is the scene at the MTN office at Dansoman Zodiac right now. Absolutely no respect for social distancing. they have been shout down and will not be allowed to operate till they have better arrangement in place. Reputable corporate organization like this should not be flouting the law and creating conditions for the virus to spread''
