WEEK 4 SUMMARY REPORT: WIRED PROGRAM (VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE)

Week 4 of the Virtual Assistant Training Program marked a major turning point as participants transitioned from skill acquisition to income readiness. The focus shifted to helping them package their abilities into clear, marketable services, position themselves professionally, and begin actively pursuing real client opportunities.

Throughout the week, participants developed their service offerings, created pricing structures, and built structured service packages. They also worked on essential professional assets, including CVs, portfolios, and LinkedIn profiles, strengthening their visibility and readiness for the job market.

By the end of the week, participants had gained hands-on experience in writing job proposals and applying for opportunities, while building the confidence to present themselves as professionals.

Overall, this phase reflected a strong transformation, as participants moved beyond learning and began positioning themselves as job-ready Virtual Assistants prepared to enter the global freelance market.
