Will the corruption enterprise in Ghana ever get understood? It was the lack of an independent arm to prosecute corruption related cases.
And what was wrong with the then arrangements where such duties were on the attorney general department?
Fast forward the Office of the Special Prosecutor- OSP was born. Are we any better today? I think not.
The trouble: The same appointing arm/ president whose appointment of the attorney general lacks authonomy still appointed the OSP.
The question is no longer about serioness but sincerity and clarity.
This is best solved at the individual level before any institutional scratch can start
We need Righteous Citizens not Elites politicians.
If you ever think the politician is a solution to anything anywhere, y you need to reexamine your script.
