IELA_ Africa's last training for emerging leaders for Ghana Baptist Convention was held in August 22 for over 200 ministers in Ejura, Ashanti, Ghana. Focus was on 21st Century Leadership and Character First Training.

We run Trainings for interested churches, para church institutions and organisations in need of human development.

Institute of Emerging Leaders Africa (IELA) was launched in February 2019. It had since offered leadership training to over 1100 participants covering Directors, Heads of Institution, Music Ministers and Clergy.
