HOW OUR ONLINE MONTESSORI TRAINING PROGRAM WORKS?
Enrollment
Enrollment in our Online Montessori Training Program is open throughout the year. For Anyone (Early Years Teaches, Parent and, Nannies and Caregivers) enroll at any time. The course does not require any pre-requisites or educational criteria. Anyone with the ability to read and write English and the motivation to learn Montessori is welcome.
Access to a smart phone/tablet

Course Content & Duration
The course content has been divided into three modules. Each module is delivered to you in the form of a training manual along with digital resources including lessons, videos and quizzes.

The maximum duration to complete the course is 8 sitting twice a week. The trainee is expected to understand and complete all the assignments related to each module and submit them online.

Training manuals are available which includes manuals of the five curriculum areas and a Montessori encyclopedia that has the materials and presentation guide. ( Hardcopies)
The Facilitators are responsible and authorized;
1. To provide support in your studies on the phone or by means of internet applications.
2. To mark your assignments, and give you feedback on demand.
3. Give you links to video and other learning channels
Candidates, who successfully complete all course requirements, receive a Certificate of Participation from Zuriel Educational Consult

My Reflection On Embracing Individual Student Pace.
I want to emphasize the importance of appreciating and encouraging individual student learning pace within our classroom. As educators, our role extends far beyond delivering lessons; we hold the power to ignite a lifelong passion for learning.
Each student is a unique individual, with their own strengths, challenges, and pace of learning. Just as flowers bloom at different times, our students grasp concepts and skills at their own rates. By recognizing and embracing these differences, we create an environment that fosters growth and self-confidence.
Appreciating individual learning pace means tailoring our teaching methods to suit diverse needs. Some students may race ahead while others require extra time to fully grasp a concept. By doing so, we empower students to reach their full potential and prevent anyone from feeling left behind.

Encouragement is a powerful tool. When we celebrate a student's progress, no matter how small, we instill a sense of achievement and motivation. This positivity fuels their desire to learn and excel. A simple word of praise can transform a struggling student into a confident learner.
So, let's commit to embracing each student's journey, supporting their unique path, and celebrating their successes along the way. By doing so, we not only create better learners but also cultivate a classroom that values diversity, empathy, and growth.
