*Key Updates from the Minister for Education, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu*

1. BECE 2026 results will be released on or before 31st July 2026.

2. Government has announced plans to provide 50,000 housing units for teachers.

3. GES appointment letters are expected to be issued this Friday.

4. A new recruitment window will be opened in November/December 2026 for 8,000 additional applicants.

5. 2,000 recruitment slots have been allocated for TVET applicants.

6. 8,000 recruitment slots have been allocated for GES applicants.
