1. Project committee's report on projects.

2. Welfare committee's report on relief fund.

3. Dues

4. Introduction of aspiring MPs to the house.

5. Other matters.

Calls keep coming in that most members of CHRIMOSA are writing papers on the the day of the Party, plus delays in the payments of the fees propels us to shift the party date forward. this would afford everyone to be part of this new year party and give us enough time to pay the rate, nonetheless we are still receiving payments so lets pay early to avoid rush. pls call 0244735989.

At the last CHRIMOSA GENERAL meeting of various year groups, it was agreed that we would be contributing a Thousand Ghana cedis GHC. 1.000 or more to sponsor the refreshments for a thousand students at the upcoming SPEECH AND PRIZE GIVING DAY in November this year. In that regard, we are all requested to contribute GHC. 20.00 each at our next emergency general meeting to make this possible. the meeting is on the 28-10-12 at the old site please this is the time your school needs you most.
